This last version of the famous Chambers model C is in very nice condition. It features a “Smart Burner” at front right, which controls the flame via a thermostat. We understand candy makers love it, because they can set a syrup to heat to 200 degrees and it will stay there forever. The griddle lights off a pilot, whereas previous models require it to be match-lit.

The oven has an auto lighting safety system, so no match-lighting there either. Otherwise, all the same features enthusiasts have loved about Chambers stoves for decades: Retained heat oven and ThermoWell, waist-high broiler, and great looks.
